ARCA prepares rocket system Helen for launch
I am looking forward to see the launch of ARCA's rocket system Helen. Fortunately today picasaweb worked in China (the first time after a few months), so I was able to see a lot of nice and sometimes amusing pictures, loading the rockets and the solar balloon on board of NSSL 281 Constanta.
