The Soviet Mars walking robot PrOP-M
The Soviet Mars walking robot PrOP-M, using a couple of skids of an "articulated quadrilateral" configuration to walk at a speed of 1 m/h to a maximum distance of 15 meters from the lander. More here.
Do anybody have more detailed information about this robot?

All I know is that the probe failed so the rover was never used
